Flora Europaea the original Linnean specimen perennial, H-G, 2n=28, tetraploid mesic, nemoral and much more found as a ruderal Palearctic Aegopodion podagrariae, Arrhenatherion, Artemisietea, Galio-Alliarion R44, R37, R38, R87 habitats     This is the most common Geranium in Europe which usually is a ruderal, but one with very beautiful flowers.
